Pelican Sound Golf Courses

The Pelican Sound Golf Course features 3 - 9 hole courses which allows 18 holes of play on different courses adding variety to the game. The courses were designed by Chip Powell and Mike Hill.

The quallity of the courses is highly rated as the pro tour ACE CLASSIC qualifer has been held on these courses, In addition in the off season May thru October you can enjoy recripical play on dozens of the top area courses. 

Golf at Pelican Sound is bundled which means the membership is included with the purchase of your property in the community and  you just pay annual dues of about $5,00.00 a year plus cart fees. Note this is a required fee for all homeowners. This golf membership is transferable to a renter which makes this community a very attractive investment for rental income property. 

The three courses are the Lakes, River and and Sound Courses. Each offers 4 tee boxes from Black, Blue, Red a White and yardage varies on the Lakes course from 6090 to 7054, Sound- 3180 to 7024 and the River 6058 to 6848 yards.

The Golf Club House offers a fully stocked Pro-Shop, Locker Rooms and restaurant and lounges.
